Find out about a TM???

Where do i go to find out if a Domain Name has a TM on it? Thank you....

If I may ask, what domain is it? Regging a TM domain isn't bad as long as it isn't used to infringe on the TM -- and as long as it doesn't.

Ha Ha, it was nothing special the reg is KidsFunDirectory and the TM is Kidsdirectory, my crazy idea was to actually get a spot in there magazine advertising the site so that people would go to the site and perhaps click on the advertising or visit the parked page ect... :lol: that was before i even knew what a TM was in regards to domain Names.

lol They wouldn't mention your domain if it was merely on a parking page. That'd be a waste of their potential advertising dollars.

I think your domain could be used without TM issues but it might be tricky... to be safe, you might wanna just sell it for reg fee and get your money back from it Just my 2 cents.
