TM issue with roverzone.com??

Hey, do y'all think there would be any TM issues if I built this site as homage to my brother's new Land Rover???

I was going to load some photos of his new toy, add some text, a few affiliate ads for LR dealerships... maybe Adsense for LR junk and a few other things too. I figure he might as well make a few cents while he's got the site!

I think as long as your not claiming anything to be your own, if the pictures on the site are yours and the info you put up isn't copied from another site you should be fine

You might have difficulty proving you're not using the name in bad faith by
doing those, especially with those affiliate ads for LR dealerships.

It boils down to proving your intent for the name.
