Don't do it.

No seriously you need to know you have the finances to last you for a couple of years living expenses. Turnover is not huge in this business at retail pricing.

If you want to do high turnover flipping the pricing will be mostly wholesale.

You need to have really good names to flip for higher prices.

I think you want to do domaining on a part time basis and track your success, once you are so busy you can make the move to full time.
