Now one want to face the fact, unless you get incredibly lucky all premium .xyz that maybe will make some money, where gone before general public, new comers even heard about them..

I somewhat agree with the above in the fact that early, truly premium names will sell first. Names purchased in auctions in the beginning.

And they are yet to bring out; .Cars, .Car

End of this year I

No wait .xyz is Gtld actually :D

.com is a gTLD too and I bet if I went on the street of any major city and asked 100 people what .com means not many would have a clue.

If they knew it means commercial then it's wouldn't seem, well you know.

Several are missing the point that .xyz is generic and can be used with any keyword. All the other's require the left to match the right. night.club, fast.cars etc...

But you were the one who started calling him Rudolph the Red Nose Raindeer, shouldn't you consider your self as the one who is childish here?

Maybe so and if he felt offended then I apologize ... I only called him as I saw him. But maybe there is more to see ...

As for not disliking individuals opinions tell them to not disrespect other people's opinions especially by calling a watch in a picture fake and tagging it... That's ridiculous and childish ...

It was my comments you were "disliking" and I haven't insulted you or anyone else, just saying it the way I see it, if you dont like peoples opinions and start doing that on the forum, maybe this isnt the place for you

No, I'm not offended, kids the world over love Rudolph and my gf Clarice is hot. But nobody loves fake watches. Don't get too emotional over little jokes.

My question was a legit one. You and some others talk about stats. So I was asking what stats are important to you. A lot of regs with this extension can be attributed to very cheap regs, do you disagree? Then I asked if sales are important, you give me it's a forming gltd or wait years. I point out other extensions are getting sales. It seems you went all in with this wines purchase. Because you don't actually own it yet do you? Aren't you on some 6 month payment plan, that's what mad said.

Hey mad409 & Alessandro Couteau

There really is no need to "dislike" peoples posts because you don't agree with their opinoins. I disagreee with what you are saying but I respect your opinion for what they are, just opinions.

It's there for a reason and I don't hit it often but when something does merit a dislike I have no problem hitting it. JMO

Again; if you felt offended by my dislike; I apologize. You can understand though how it feels to be told you wasted money upon spending it on a domain that you believe is worth it. I still stand by my opinion but you have yours and I have mine. No argumentation.

have a look around why people use it, I dont agree with 99% of this thread but i dont go around disliking posts

Cmon, lets be mature about it, it wasnt even your name I was referring to? ;)

Again; if you felt offended by my dislike; I apologize.

Its not about being offended, Im a bit more thick-skinned than that..just letting you know its really not what you do if someone is just giving their opinion

Enjoy your day Rudolph. I am not here to argue you with anyone. I see value and you don't. Period. Close of your comments. Reg for XYZ are of shortcoming because of the free publicity stunt Daniel Negari proposed.
They will go back up though. And yes my family has a set contract with Mad. That's all I will say about that.

Explain how that works. I've seen others sell it that way. Since it's a 6 month paypent plan. What if he just pays for 1 month? Does he get that money back or you keep it and the domain?

To me a sale completes when all money is paid and name is transferred.

I was curious with that with .club sales as well, since some are on some 10 year plan.

Payment details are private for both parties but yes we have a period of which we will pay DN.Properties for the Domain and a 10 Day Cure Rate will be Present ...

A lot of LLL.com names are sold by financing if you didn't know. DTP.com is for sale right now for xxx,xxx and I spoke with the owner and his financing abilities were four years time or equal to $5,000/Month

I won't discuss all T & C's but it's only obvious the Whois hasn't changed. The sale was public therefore it won't be reported until it's final.

I can say .club releases their names along with some other big operators while the name is being paid for and they are being reported as sales. I'm sure if coffee.club defaults they take it back with no refunds.

Another operator has a deal with a register, if they default it's transferred back.

I don't release them but I do consider it a sale, have no problem with someone saying they own it. And technically they do unless something changed over time.

I also wouldn't be discussing someone else's finance info on here, its not really anyone's business

Just to get you up to speed I was accused of shill bidding and that Wines was not sold because the Whois never transferred. To defend my statement I seen no problem saying that it was a PP sale.

And the buyer just added additional details therefore I'm sure all is good. BTW - I'm not disclosing anything personal here.

It was highly publicized that coffee.club was a 10 year PP.

I have one ( Holo.Solutions) and thats for development, I dont plan on making money out of it.

Not sure why your one and only new gTLD would have several TM's but as long as you don't step on any toes you'll be fine. Kind of odd you would also want to spend the time for development but DON"T want to make money. OK then..

I don't know the sales history of the name, but i was referring to Alessandro's domain

Read entire threads and you'll be up to speed, JMO. But now you know the history.

I was referring to DTP.com, its about finances of someone who is not a member here

Unless a member, or seller/buyer requests a NDA, or a simple please don't share this info. I see no foul so not sure why you're even going there.
