I had been watching componentparts.com on Namesilo's expired auctions for a week or so. Today peeking at Namecheap I also saw it available.
https://www.namecheap.com/market/componentparts.com/
The namecheap auction says "Partner"
Partnership Auctions
The "Partner" tag on the Auctions page indicates that the domain name is provided by one of our partners and cross-listed from their platform:
You can place bids just as you would for any other auction and compete with other participants. If your bid wins, you'll receive an invoice once the domain is ready for purchase. After paying the invoice, the domain will appear in your account. The total cost will include the winning bid amount plus an additional fee.
And the original Namesilo auction is here: https://www.namesilo.com/auctions/ZmRmAQZ4ZmVmAGZjZmZmBN==90o5qppr81o9p0rqnosqro6so2668q74/view
I don't know how long this has been a thing but it seems somewhat recent to me and I thought it was worth sharing.
