Because that’s not attached to reality. Back the Blue is an entirely socialist construct. The police are paid for by, and for the benefit of, the local community they serve. That’s socialism. Fire dept. is socialist too. Healthcare should be too.

The United States is whatever we the people say it is. If we say it is a mixture of capitalism and democracy then we can decide which type of governance serves the people the best. It’s not a zero sum game. We can enjoy the benefits and fruit of a mixture of things..
