They are working the LoopHoles of the American justice system , that’s what I have seen happening since 2020 anyway . Laws be it state or government, leave space open for such arrests , there is Never one interpretation of any one law in this country. However this can combated if a person is very attentive from the time of arrest through the booking procedure of the jail. Technicalities are very easy to happen during an arrest , on the way to jail , during the booking process , especially with cameras recording everything of all steps taken. Take information , never give information , except to your lawyer.

J6 political prisoners were jailed illegally and not allowed to talk to lawyers (for a long time) or the public. Some of them were tortured and at least one killed himself. Many succumbed to the torture and confessed to crimes they didn't commit to get out of prison.

This kind of makes the whole thing look like a setup by Capitol police, various federal agencies, and the media. Also makes every single Democrat in the entire world (and a lot of Republicans) look like a complete asshole for screaming like lunatics nonstop about how this was a violent attack on our Democracy instead of what it really was -- a peaceful attempt to save Democracy.

Every single thing the protestors were blamed for was the work of Democrats, the media, the FBI, and the Capitol police.

Also worth noting that Trump was on his way out and didn't have all the facts of the matter (nor did anyone). For all he knew at the time, these people may have committed actual crimes, and of course he never asked anyone to commit any crimes. If some of them were actually terrorists, you wouldn't want to go pardoning them all. He gave money to many of them. I also just saw this article:

Then you lied about it being a peaceful attempt by only showing selected video.

Side note, can you be specific and list the tortures you mentioned. Who got tortured and how. And a link to those who committed tortured getting charged. I must have missed that news, I want to read about it
