The first house Joe bought was a mansion he paid 118,000 for. He sold it to an executive ( ceo I think ) of a credit card company for 2 million. Joe was working on legislation that would make it harder for people to declare bankruptcy. ( Same scam Barack Obama used )

The ceo sold the house a short time latter to his company at when he moved to Deleware.
