You want a chance at 2020, better run somebody other than Trump. He probably won't run anyway. So who will it be for the Republicans? Same from last time, Rubio, Cruz, Kasich, probably. Rubio and Cruz showed they lacked backbone, so Kasich is your best bet, or somebody new.

I think due to the loss of integrity and credibility that has already been lost by the Democratic party + it is almost inevitable that they will continue to commit foolish acts that will further damage them due to their behaviors in the coming months and most likely years to come, Many Democrats will cross over, Silently , and either become Republicans or Independents.
