Could someone from Telnic PLEASE address the problem with Dotster.
THIS REGISTRAR IS SOUND ASLEEP.
On my Dotster account I am directed to change my contact at Telnic's homepage, which is nothing but Telnic's homepage, with no way to manage my domain/account.
Dotster is slow to answer support tickets, and when they do, they don't seem to know what they're doing. Dotster does not seem to be providing Telhosting, which was supposed to be part of the deal, right?
This is really getting frustrating.

My note to Dotster:
I'm going to keep complaining until you resolve my problem, and if that doesn't work, I'm going to contact Telnic and ICANN.
I CAN'T ACCESS DNS TELHOSTING FOR MY .TEL DOMAINS. This was supposed to be provided with .tel domains
Your people do not seem to know what to do with .tel domains. You provide a link to Telnic's homepage, but this page has nothing to do with Telhosting. This link directs to their public relations page.
PLEASE! Get in touch with Telnic to get an idea of how you can integrate .tel domains with Telhosting.
At the very least, give information to your customers as to when you expect to go live with .tel.
I think that you will find that your .tel customers will be very understanding if you keep us in the loop. However, your slow support and lack of knowledge is not very inspiring or reassuring.
