Where is the cheapest place to transfer a .PRO domain now?
@Jurgen Wolf, you mentioned 1&1 but I am getting stuck at this screen after entering the domain to transfer. The domain is already unlocked at the losing registrar.

Clicking continue does nothing - I'm guessing the yellow bar is supposed to contain some sort of error message, but nothing is showing up?

Then try another browser... I don't know... It works for me in Firefox... Even right now I'm transferring WIEN to 1and1...

I was using Firefox as well.
Ended up calling into Customer Support and they did the first transfer for me to create a customer ID.
Working now. Thanks @Jergen Wolf for the tip!
