I was thinking it is good because depending on what your doing you can alter your email to support different needs.

LOL, clever. Kidding aside, a name like that has potential if someone takes the time, effort and expense to build it with a laser focus on SEO. For speculation though an end user has hundreds of other options to choose from, be it .guru, .company, .whatever. While a few may get lucky, the majority will find these investments impotent.
