I got stu.club on day1. It's my name, apparently a university in china, and has 30 acronyms on tfd.com. Short and Sweet. I just liked it instantly

Ideas,

If I could offer some advice about registering .CLUBs. First think about 1 or 2 word concepts that you can build a business around. Especially if that business has a repeat buying potential (i.e. shaving.club) or a community that you can serve with a blog (i.e. wideawake.club) -- a community of insomniacs. If you do buy a name to sell please list for a fair price on SEDO or Afternic. Consider names in an industry that you know so that you can market those names to the endusers.

I see your vision of "CLUB's" being mostly singular or developed business concepts with a branded name. However, I thought outside the box and picked some of the largest party city.club names. Although there is no specific club exact match name revolving around these geo's, it definitely could attract tourists to the area with a community of club goers. In essence, a singular targeted market.

What is your take on that approach?

We picked up a few that we felt used the .Club extension well and the completed URL left little doubt as to what we do on the website. One example is NorthwestWine.Club. Pretty straight forward

I also registered Kiwis.Club which as most people is slang for New Zelanders

So many great names. I am partial to wine clubs myself. Although, I only registered about 10 names for myself. (As I don't want to appear to be in conflict here) I did register vintages.club and winecellar.club. I think strong geo names combined with a commonly known club will do well. Niagarawines.club for instance, or Dubaihotels.club (which I noticed someone in this forum mentioned earlier).
