In a unique time where House Bubbles may burst or not, I`m in the position where I no longer know in which city/State/Country move to just get a decent life since I do not own yet a home.

I just found this report and it surely exaplains lots of things that anyone in my position would find very useful. It may also push some people to relocate.

It`s long but it is absolutely worth the reading.
