Current Observed Minimum Wholesale Price (regardless of letter combo) as of February 1, 2008:

3-Letter .com - $6700 (+ $300 since January 1, 2008 report)

But I consider their guide a bit old since they are not taking in consideration the emergenging countries that appreciate other letters and as we have run a poll here several times lately, the majority of people consider the letters U
and W to be Premium letters.

it seems real. it has got a lot of attention on the web. seems the owner listed the domain using SEDO's price suggestion tool and did not know that the domain was valued more than 10x

noticed now that EVT.com seems to have been sold by Telepathy to and end user at the end of 2015. nice play from a domain bought 2 years before, since it was sold to a company that had changed its name just at that time.

Ename has implement for a year now some security measures where they ask the previous owner to submit proofs of a legal transfer to the new owner before unlocking the domain, but i guess that this is not being enforced at 100%.
