We need this one too guys :)

This guide will also help LLLL.com holders to understand more the value of their 4 letters .com based on how expensive the similar 3 letters .com are.

From:

http://3character.com/priceguide.html

Pricing Guide for 3-Letter (Composed Of Letters Only) Domains:

Current Observed Minimum Wholesale Price (regardless of letter combo) as of February 1, 2008:

3-Letter .com - $6700 (+ $300 since January 1, 2008 report)

But I consider their guide a bit old since they are not taking in consideration the emergenging countries that appreciate other letters and as we have run a poll here several times lately, the majority of people consider the letters U
and W to be Premium letters.

Let`s have a look at some recent LLL.com sales as reported from NameBio.com :

@gilescoley Could have held tight for a while but it was a quick profit in a short period of time. Always saw it fitting into the "Virtual" niche so we'll see what happens next.

I enquired about this domain a few years ago, and at that time the owner did not accept offers below $250,000. So I think this might have been a solid sale.

TES.com seems to have been sold to another end-user in mid 2015. The curious fact is that the previous owner was still in business and changed to tes85.com. Probably a low 6 figures sale.

NameJet:

vkh.com $14,000

one of Michael Berkens domains sold to GoDaddy and bulk bought by Original.com, Oliver Hodge and others.

seems to have been a nice move reaching out to Godaddy and strike bulk deals on LLL.com and LLL.net because to sell on NameJet for $14k it means that the domain must have been bought from Godaddy for even less which also means that short domains from Michael Berkens portfolio were valued way lower than he used to market them.

Not a fact, if it was a no reserve sale. Oliver Hodge seems to prefer liquidity over gains on each sale and I have won great deals in auctions that turned out to be OH names... So he might have sold below cost...

I think there were 4 or 5 other lll.coms that did not meet reserve at the GreatDomains auction. Maybe someone else has the entire results?

UEY.com seems to have been sold by Original.com to a Chinese domainer in July, after not hitting reserve on NameJet previously. One of the LLL.com from Michael Berkens portfolio.

Going to auction on NameJet...
