I'd like to dedicate this thread to Gene who helped me out of a tough situation. Apparently, my account was closed without any warnings nor any investigation were made.

Thank goodness Gene was there to hear me out and resolved this issue. Gene is definitely a great NP staff.

I'd like to thank Gene for being so patient, understanding and helping me out.
