TDNAM questions

1. If a domain expires on 1 Jan, when will it hit TDNAM?
2. If a domain is already in redemptionPeriod, does that mean it will no longer be on TDNAM?

I was in a couple .com auctions that ended today and both domains had expired Dec 11... so I'd keep an eye out there around the 4-week mark.
