TDNAM questions

Tried running a search, but couldn't find what I'm looking for. I just have a couple questions about TDNAM and purchasing from there.

1. How does payments work when you purchase a domain from TDNAM? Let's say I buy a closeout for $5. Do I send the money to the domain owner, or to GoDaddy? If GoDaddy, can you pay using a gift card?

2. What happens after you purchase a domain from there? Does GoDaddy handle the transaction or does the owner of the domain?

3. Do you have to purchase a year of registration with the domain you buy from TDNAM?

So if I sold a domain on TDNAM, I'll have to transfer the domain name before I receive the payment?

:hi:

If the domain sells for less than $500 ,you won't get paid until 30 days have passed.

This is because GD is not licensed as an Escrow service.

GD can't pay you based on your action of transferring the domain you sold
or they'd be acting as an escrow service.

Thus they hold your funds for 30 days even if the Buyer receives control of the domain on the first day.

If you are getting paid via PayPal, GD uses PayPal Mass Pay so it could take another day or possibly two until you see the funds in your PayPal account.

If your domain sells for $500 and above, GD uses an outside escrow service
and you'll receive your $ much sooner.

Being that i have worked for Godaddy for quite some time now i have learned the tricks that the cart employs and can usually create my own personal purchases with deep discounts. Without the use of the codes. (Half of which rarely work)
