Supported Affiliate for this site

Hi, I wonder if anyone could tell me where I can find affiliates program which is compatible with my site.

So, basically I offer my members free service in exchange they will have to sign up or participate with my sponsors program to receive an extra service. The affiliate I'm using now is Cj but they do not support batch processing and this make it hard for me because I need to manually update the program to see if I got a new referral.

I am looking for an affiliate which offers lead based referring system and paid on lead. The program should be a survey program or free program since I do not think members of my site are interested in buying stuff. So, basically I just need my members to sign up with my affiliate, complete a form and do some free online survey and the affiliate then will do a batch processing on my site to reward the users.

I am currently using commision junction. Azoogle, Clickbank reject my application because they said a large percentage of fraud are coming from my country. Plus, I am looking for a company which offer free reviews or free signup and supports batch processing.

Do anyone know which company do this?

If you get a lot of US traffic, you might be able to contact individual companies and see if they will make an exception in your case. It is always about the quality of traffic.
