Betting affiliate

I am looking for a good affiliate program for a sports betting site.

Anybody know of any. Some with good payouts and possibly referral affiliate. I am ready to sign up!!!

Check out the referral program of Betfair.com and GameBookers.com but I think they credit your betting site account for betting (not regular payouts like other affiliate programs).
