Sunny Beach in Bulgaria is pretty popular location for British tourists and with term ''sunny beach Bulgaria'' averaging 22,200 monthly local UK searches (Google keyword adword tool)
I certainly see potential to build either forum, travel guide specifically related to location.Obviously professionally built site should attract very reasonable traffic just from search results. And specific extension .co.uk should be rather easy to optimize (with some original, quality content) to be top of the list for those 22,2K local UK searches. Opportunity to earn good money from affiliate earnings (bookings), local season job advertisements, clubs, bars and more, I believe..

Unfortunately I don't think I have necessary skills to build site quite as big/professional like this at the moment, nor I have enough budget currently, to pay to developer to do necessary job, for me.
Now asking price is $499, for SunnyBeachBulgaria.co.uk, but I will have a look at best offers made.
