If you are from Europe you probably know that.
BTW there is another resort just north of Sunny Beach - named St. Vlas.
It happened that I own stvlas.com as well.
I would like to sell them as a package sell them as a package sunnybeach.com, stvlas.com and goldenorpheus.com. GoldenOrpheus.com is mine as well.

Yeah popular clubbing tourist destination, if it's yours great domain.

Hard to appraise, not quite as glam as Ibiza dot com - But i imagine it's like owning Tenerife/Benidorm/Magaluf/AyiaNapa/Kavos .com.

I'd message some major clubs over there about buying it or people in-charge of tourism at SunnyBeach, they'd be very interested. I'd be looking for around $20k-$40k for it.

The good thing is that sunybeach can be used for anything. Although it immediatly brought me back to some memories when i visited Sunnybeach Bulgaria. This name is to me a mid xx,xxx'- at least. I would reach out to some major travel agencies or maybe large hotels there. Maybe the Bulgarian Maffia has interest :p Great Name!

I'd imagine it would be matter of prestige for them to own the name or not let competitors own it.

Start with $70K or best offer and once you get some offers pitch them against each other.

Key would be to get key decision makers, preferably on the phone.
