I am a big fan of reading business books written by other entrepreneurs. Here are some of my favorites, reply with some of the most helpful books you've read on the topic.

Here are a few books I recomend:
I'm a big fan of John Maxwell (failing forward, developing the leaders around you, etc..)

Seth Godin (purple cow, free prize inside, etc.)

Brian Tracy (Eat that frog, many miles to go..)

These are just a few. But all very very good. Some business specific and others are focused on developing yourself to lead others so that you can run a successful business.
