I host a site, SpammerAlert.com, with StrikeData on their standard hosting plan. I have been unable to access my site since last night. In fact, I can't even access the StrikeData.com home page. I know that the owner of StrikeData is an NP member. My support request emails are going unanswered. Does anyone know what is going on?

Their site is down for me too when I have checked. Have you contacted them via phone or some other means?

Do you have a phone number for them?

You can find it from their whois info. Please try that.

It appears that they are back up. Although 10+ hours of down time is not acceptable under any circumstance. I am thinking about finding a new host for my spam identification and prevention forum, SpammerAlert.com.

That's really much, anything may happen but it must be an alarm to you.

I think that you need to investigate the reason of that. The reason might be not in your web hosting provider and you shouldn't move, due to this. How long have you beed happy with them?

I did confirm that it was the hosting provider. It was some apache problem that they were trying to fix. Other than this problem, I have been happy with their service.
