Registerfly hosting down for weeks?

Any other idiots here use registerfly hosting? Hosting has been down for weeks on my end, curious if anyone else having the same problem? I know what registerfly is going through, but should it make the hosting go down??

I AM ASKING FOR A CLIENT, I personally do not use them and I am not interested in other hosting packages please .

Well given the situation - and admittedly I'm not there in the meetings - they're probably having a lot of trouble and confusion. They've had Enom pull out like they have and I've noticed a lot of people, including myself, have begun pulling out their names as well. It doesn't justify what they're doing by any means, and I think the true colors are showing through a bit here.

It's time to move for your client and they may or may not get a backup at this point. Is there enough damage done for legal action?

$200-$300 damage. Thanks for the info. At the moment I just want backups and then of course i'm out... but $200-$300 is enough work to start worrying.

Problem is, with the way things are going, you may not get a backup from them. I hope that you and your client do, but that's not really enough money to warrant legal action because the costs would be greater in the end. Keep trying to get ahold of someone, it may work. That's about all you can do.

My stuff has been down for weeks, I have 5 open support tickets, one that is over a month old, I sent a few bucks to them to up my quick checkout so I could pay for my hosting because i didn't want them to have my credit or debit cards, and I have yet to see the money show up in my account, but I have the PayPal receipt, useless. I got into one of my hosting accounts, and got my site out, but I have several I an no longer access. This sucks.
A note to anyone with a site, make your own copies and backups on YOUR OWN MACHINES, or DISCS.
