I just purchased a hosting from netfirms and encountering difficulties to access my site.

after few futile support emails from netfirms, they start ignoring my cry.

What should i do now ?

i followed exactly what written on the help pages and on their support emails.

They got 2 directories ("www" & "nrblog"), i created a folder named after my domain name, mydomain.com under "www" directory and sent all my files into that folder. Then i forwarded mydomain.com to (i tried mydomain.com, /mydomain, /mydomain.com/, /mydomain/) nothing seem to work.

What should i do now ?

i 'm planning to host few sites on one hosting.

their hosting features look like user friendly but the functions are horrendous.

why not try uploading index.html or index.htm on www itself?
there are no online faq, manual or guides?
seems like it just made for 1 domain. does the control panel allow you to add domains?

I tried them already.
Its either "500 internal server error" or "The page isn't redirecting
properly" prompt.

Yes they allow you to host 3 diff sites on one host. You have to name those folders according to your domain names.

I am puzzeled.

Anyone out there using netfirms hosting ????
