I am not sure if this idea has been tried before or if someone else has proposed it. I apologize if the answer is yes.
ISSUE: Due to the large number of postings, the Domain Name Discussion forum should be split between:
(1) Help Section concentrating on:
a. How do I do …?
b. Which is getter…?
(2) Discussion Section for posting statements:
a. Propositions:
b. Hypotheses:
c. Results from a study
Reply to posting objective should be to:
a. Clarify
b. Add relevant information
c. Refute with explanation
Thus, issues such as “Is X better than Y?” would be posted in the help section, while “X is better than Y because (1), (2)…etc.”
