Recently I had a deal arranged with someone to buy a domain and host it for them in exchange for his services in graphic design.
Well, the deal didnt quite work out so I ended up with a domain and website as part of the agreement split. Originally the .com version was used but now we are using the .net (since Aug 3) and getting a nice amount of visitors.

Up for auction is www.motivandote.net/party/index.php ("motivate me" in Spanish)
Comes with the forum which has 2077 users at last count
Over 33673 posts made so far.

Around 50 to 100+/- uniques per day, almost 40000 page views total.

Hi-

This is what I know, since I am the owner of the domain and website because of a bad business deal, the forum resided at motivandote.com and for some reason it was shut down (exceeding bandwidth problems I assume.) At that point in time I wasn't in the picture just yet.

When the .net version was registered (by me [in my name] for the guy I made a deal) the forum was then moved to that domain. The members were notified so to speak and they came to the new site. The members are real, the stats are real, the posts are real. I don't have time to keep this website up and running since I have 35 projects in the works right now, so that is why I am selling everything here (domain/site/all files etc.)

This is about all I know about the overall situation, but I can definitely ask the founder of motivandote.com [.net too I guess] if something comes up that I cannot answer fully. Hope that helps!
