I'm selling my website, 1DollarLinks.com.

About

It is a link site where users submit there links to our main page and the links are displayed for the life time of the site. It is a custom design layout running on the pagehole.com script, meaning that it is fully automated (adding of the links, payment etc). You can fin more about the site at out About Page.

Stats

The site gets a decent amount of hits a month from text links on other sites, and a few banner ads around, although it has not been massively advertised so it could get a lot more hits than it currently is.

Please note, I did purchase some traffic as a test because I wanted to see the results etc.

Why should you buy?

The site is basically up and running, all you need to do is host and advertise and the the customers should come. Even if you do not want to site, the domain is an excellent domain name for word clouds etc

Why would it be worthless? The idea is to gain higher rankings in search engines and gain a better PR.

Sorry didn't mean to offend your idea but in term of SEO you can not keep countless amount of links on a single page and expect any pagerank passing result in higher ranks not for your customers nor your site.

My suggestion:
It should be categorized like other directories and showing top 5 in the main page, not more, i.e. http://www.dollarlinking.com/ as the full idea.

Anyway good luck with sale, I'm also watching it, may bid later, not sure yet.
