Spaceship.com recently launched a new Marketplace section, and as NamePros has given me the go-head, I think the company deserves its own thread for NP domain marketplace users to converse in.

https://www.spaceship.com/sellerhub/

Personally speaking, I will be setting up a new Spaceship.com account this weekend and going to work investigating its various features, options and policies.

I listed all of my domains in Spaceship yesterday as I'm all for cheaper alternatives to Afternic/Sedo...

Efty/NamePros=0% Commission
SpaceShip=5% Commission
Atom White Label=7.5% Commission

etc...

Sold 6 domains through Spaceship so far. Almost instantly lands in account credit, longest it's ever taken to withdraw is 7 hours.

Are there any surcharges for withdrawing to Paypal, etc.?

Are there any surcharges for withdrawing to Paypal, etc.?only what PP charges.
I transferred about 950 and I got 930 on my end. I don't think SS charges anything.

I sold one domains on Spaceship this month , fast payout and money was in my bank under 24 hours , they aren't surchages for withdrawing to bank wire.

Not sure for withdrawing paypal, cause paypal charge additional fee for any transaction.

If we list names on Spaceship as "Make Offer" (without a price) will they still show up in NameCheap's search results? Or is a BIN price required for that?

Hmmm... I just tried uploading a list of names but it says "Set at least one price to list this domain" for every name. Did I do it wrong?

Either MO or BIN is possible. For both a value is required. For MO this is the minimum offer price.

Ahhh, I see. It needed a Minimum Offer amount. Thanks!

Sorry, I misunderstood. For make offer you need to set a minimum but it will not show on the landing page.

I was asking if it would show up in NameCheap's search results (if someone searched for our name) when we listed it on Spaceship as Make Offer (with no BIN price) vs if we do list a BIN price. Any idea?

Make Offer listing shows up on NameCheap. Make Offer links to Spaceship

Thanks. My test name that I listed as Make Offer is linking to Domain Agents. Maybe it takes a while to link to Spaceship??

Also, is there a way to "sort" names within the Sellers Hub? Like, alphabetically or by price, etc? I can't find Sort.

Have you verified the domain already in SellerHub?

Where is the domain registered? "External" domains are treated differently, I think.

Not yet, unfortunately. You can request new features here: https://www.spaceship.com/roadmap/

I moved my portfolio over 2 days ago, and even have names listed there that I regged at Spaceship all using their servers, but whenever I search for my 2 word names inside of the regpath I still am not seeing any of my names for sale showing up.

I tested my name but added a plural - does not show
took two words in my name and searched them without a tld - does not show

This is the exact reason I wanted to leave AN because this had started happening just recently, but I am concerned now seeing a bunch of trash tlds instead of my premium names already.

Anyone else tested this and care to share their results?

Could you tell which TLD, and how you're doing the exact search query? Two separate words with a space in between? Or full domain name?

I tested 2 separate words with space in between.

Then for the plural i typed in examples.com which is taken where I own example.com and I scrolled the whole page and never see my premium domain without the plural listed as a recommendation.

Hi

since namecheap is mls partner w/sedo, will spaceship be partner with sedo too?

and if so, will it be necessary to list there?

imo

I wish to know the answer of the above question .

Other question : is it required to point to spaceship name server to be able to list domain on their marketplace ??

.

I don't know the first answer.

But for you other question, no, all I had to do was add a TXT dns record provided
