Something wrong with pool

How it come that once you backorder a good deleting domain name one day before it get deleted at pool.com, you can be sure it appear on the main page of pool, so everybody and his grand mother can bid on it. Seriously how are they allowed to do that?

That's the point. You've now shown interest .. So now they promote the domain you want on the front page so others will see the value in the name you want so you end up paying more than it's real value. As a result, the name sells at a much higher price than you were most likely willing to pay and the cycle rinses and repeats itself over again.

Doesn't seem right does it? I'd be pissed also. Are you sure it's not a coincidence? I've seen sites that promote deleted domains on their front home pages..

It's not a coincidence it happened twice this past these past three days and other pretty good names i found and didn't use pool.com for backording wasn't shown, and they were even better. Now they have lost a customer since snapnames is always faster anyway, also the domain they pick for their main page end up being auctionned by snapname, cause it is faster. Pool is wrong
