Ok mayb i am too skeptical,but...

Lately i have seen lot of threads by noobs who are selling domains free or less than 1$ (.infos) just to get Trader ratings as mentioned in the post.

As noobs you will naturally try to increase your rating so that people will trust you and start doing more business with you. But selling names just to increase Trader, seems fishy.

Is this the start of a new scam?? Suppose a scammer can sell ten cheap .info for 0.01$ with rules like 1 domain/buyer and get 10 Trader. And tomorrow if he buys/sells a premium name , You and I will check his Trader and if he has 10+ TR that too given by reputed domainers, you tend to trust him.

Also its not mandatory in NP to give the deal thread URL while giving a Trader feedback. So if you sell 10 Quad premium LLLL.com or 10 0.01$ .info ,its all the same in the eyes of somone who deals with that person again.

I think from now on we all should include deal thread when ever possible...Also may be NP should make deal thread mandatory while giving trader feedback?
Also the seller can always edit the post after deal is done. Its good for buyer privacy, but it has negative implications also.

Anyway please let me know your thoughts on this.

Ps: I am not accusing any newbies , just saw atleast 7-8 similar thread by different users in the last few days ,so...

This could be part of a scam, but it also could not be. Maybe he just wants some itrader...last time I checked there is not a rule for itrader to only give if the trade is over a certain amount.

Maybe if we had a dropdown in the feedback showing the range which one would have to select?

That's a VERY good idea.

Deal Types:
Free
Trade
$NP
$x
$xx
$xxx
$x,xxx
$xx,xxx

That would suffice imho.
