Someone using my email address to signup...

To multiple types of things that will give me spam I have there ip address though!

Most newsletters give you the ip address they signed up with!

Does anyone know if i can press charges or something? I get around 2-5k spam messages a day, and its getting on my nerves...

I want to know how to report this ^#@$#&@$& i sent an email to [email protected] and i told them i dont want a "auto mated" email that they say they have taken care of the matter ect... ect... but guess what? I got one O>O and it REALLY pissed me off... cause usually they just ignore these damn requests and it still happens...

Any suggestions legal suggestions? (When i mean legal, something i wont get introuble with... i have illegal suggestions for myself but that wont help me )
