Someone else trying to sell my domain??

I was just loading a list of domains on afternic. Much to my surprise someone is "selling" my domain on there. What can I do? The domain is evirus dot biz~~
Any suggestions? I sent a not to afternic - That is just so wrong!

Contact the person who has it listed and ask them to kindly remove it, perhaps it is/was an old listing, its happened to me before.
