Sold 1 today but I think it was one of the businesses I emailed today even tho they paid $50 higher on GD than I offered in email but that is not important to the question.

The domain now shows "Sold - Payout Request Submitted" in the premium listing section. but what exactly does that mean? Surely they already paid GD right? Does it mean payout to me request is submitted?

Also now only hours after this sale, I got an email that said the domain is removed from my account now.
I am hoping that is part of the process because its sold, but I didn't think anything happened until after 5 days went by.

@Joe Styler could probably answer these questions the best. Usually it takes a few days to verify payment before they take the name and mark it sold in your account. It will usually be in a Pending status for a few days. Maybe this buyer used a different payment method or something which got it approved sooner. Congrats on the sale! :)

Once domain sold at Godaddy generally it takes around 10 days to get the amount.

Ask godaddy support and you'll get a quicker more accurate answer. Payment usually takes 5 days to clear for me, but maybe this customer has special status. Godaddy will be able to tell you,

Godaddy support in most cases, especially when the auction department is closed, knows very little.
I have called multiple times about different things and they never know answers to simple questions.

They have to research it or run down the hall and ask other departments. It is pretty ridiculous most times I call.

If the name sold through the GoDaddy premium channel then you should be paid 5 days later. This is sometimes 6 because of time zone differences and the time the payment cleared but generally you are paid on day 5 after the sale happens in the premium channel.

@Joe,

Any chance GoDaddy will add payoneer or skrill or similar online wallet as payee option for sellers?

Thanks Joe.

Not in the near term but we are actively looking at how to expand International payments. I actually am going to post a separate thread on Tuesday about this to get some feedback. (didnt want to do it on a Friday or Monday) so keep your eyes out for it, I would like to get some feedback from customers.

@Joe Styler , can we also have Godaddy Good as Gold as a payment option at Afternic?

I'm actively selling on GoDaddy marketplace and am an international customer (from Europe).

Looking forward to your thread and will most certainly share my experience and suggestions.
