Submitted a domain to GD for auction, paid for enhanced listings but forgot to change to the correct extension(its not a .com but the GD system defaults to .com and doesn't prompt you to change it).

After 10 mins on the phone the guy seemed to think I wanted to buy a domain despite mentioning the fact I'd made a mistake with my auction listing a number of times.

This happened to anyone and can they alter the listing to the correct extension?

Thanks

Fair play to GoDaddy, they refunded the payment for my listing error only a couple of hours later(I did inform them of the error before it went live after all) after being told on the phone it was non-refundable.

I don't think their listings should automatically default to .com but they took the corrective action and, never having had any issue with them before, will certainly remain a customer.

Now, about those discount codes...
