I saw recommendations for buying a script at softbizscripts.com and went ahead and purchased a script via their Paypal cart. Two days later I still hadn't heard anything regarding delivery of the script so I emailed their customer service. I never heard back until about three days later I got a notice from Paypal that my $125 payment had been refunded with no explanation for the return.
I suppose I should be happy that I did get my money back but if softbizscripts is no longer in business why would they continue to leave their site up and allow orders to be made? I have sent three more emails to them asking why my payment was returned instead of sending me the script, asking if they were still selling scripts, etc. I have never heard a single word back from them. This is the craziest customer service philosophy I have ever seen in my life and it has been an extremely frustrating experience.
