I purchased a script from Softbizscripts.com because I was attracted by the low price - that was the beginning of my nightmare. Not only did the scripts not work properly but this Indian outfit did not bother with technical support, and instead wrote very rude emails to me!
They said things like "...last mail also contained 7 lines of useless information...".
They also delayed the solution by giving excuses like "...still no reference url where we can see the problem..." - although the URL was submitted in their standard support form. Heck, even any reasonably intelligent person could've guessed from my email address - "[email protected]".
So guys, stay way!
