.mobi SocialBookmarks.mobi or bmarks.mobi? Help me decide!

Development is almost complete, and I need to know what everyone thinks the better choice would be. SocialBookmarks.mobi is easier to remember, but is long as heck. bmarks.mobi is still easier to remember, but is just a "made up" word.

Please answer the poll and explain your reasoning if you don't mind.

You want to promote social bookmarks then the full name you must use IMO. Yes it's a little longer but finger arthritis sets in only later in life, and people will live. Don't use an invented term. What people need to understand is that most people are not domainers, they are interested in a service directly related to your product. Bmarks looks and reads like benchmarks!

Thanks for the input panman. I agree that SocialBookmarks.mobi would be a lot easier for non-domainers to understand.

Anyone else think "benchmarks" when they saw the name?

i think bmarks is better and shorter. just use the other one to forward to bmarks. non domainers can understand anything. how long do you think it took people to understand that google was a search engine or that ebay was for auctions? with proper development you dont need the most generic term.

Of the top 20 Social Bookmarking sites as listed by this article, only 3 even use the word mark or bookmark. I think your best bet is to keep it short and memorable.

Bmarks.mobi -- a much better name IMO until Voice Recognition or thumb boards become common on most cell phones.
