I do like ND better for parking, I'll admit that. However, Sedo seems to have gotten somewhat complacent IMO. They know they are the industry's leader and do as they please. Just MO of course.

Oh I agree - the way their parked pages gets indexed is Hidious :td: Sometimes it only shows 1 add, irrelevant ads or just a portal page even thought it is not set to a portal page - god know how you are supposed to get a click if the contents showing are irrelevant ???

Hopefully they are working on that, if they get it sorted alot of people will be making alot more money including them, I have sent stuff to mara so she can look into it.

I wrote to Sedo lat week asking why a very high traffic domain did not show in search results when searching by one or other of the domains keywords.

I explained that other domains with much less traffic showed in search results for one of the keywords.

I asked for an explanation as it was affecting the likelyhood of somebody bidding on my domain, and also explained that the domain was only parked with them because the high traffic stats and the keywords would bring offers if it showed in search results.

SEDO - you are supposed to be selling my domains - not me.

Why would I spend $39 on a featured listing that only lasts 30 days and is only displayed on a rotating basis.

I visit Sedo three times a day, I have it bookmarked at my own login page, so I never visit the home page or featured listings.

I think "pay the featured listing" reply is a sign of where Sedo is heading - To the dogs.
