So when I check .eu, if it is available, it is available?

If I check the domain at godaddy, for instance, and it shows available. I can hand reg it if I have an european friend who can help?

I would not beleive what GoDaddy is showing - I check a .eu name that I have got with another account (Lycos) but GoDaddy is showing it as available.

I think all you will end up doing at the moment is paying for it to be put into your account as a pre-reg !!

This happened to me with alot of names that GoDaddy have'nt even got around to submitting yet !!!.

So where is a better place to reg.
I guess the pre-reg phase is already finished so any available domains should be able to reg? Except the whois delay?
