So what's the best way to make money with a domain name then?

For someone who's just starting out, hasn't a clue, how would you tell the how to make money with a domain name.

Is it from domain parking - Pay per click? Affiliate links? or is the best thing to do, say for example you own a real estate domain name, get a good real estate listings site and start earning from that, then once established, sell it on.

Also, what exactly does it mean when you say get some good content. What exactly is good content?

I can not answer everything here, but good content is easy to answer.

Good content is content (or reading material) that will make a user want to keep coming back, and in turn will create traffic. There is no substitute for high quality content, nothing compares.
