How to .... ?

I've been looking into the possibility of developping a real estate portal. More specific: a Dubai property portal


My biggest question is: how does one do that? I'm not a real estate agent, I just want a portal with some affiliates in it.

I have no idea how to get content or what is legal and what is not.

Any ideas?

Well you can find free articles from those Article directories. I don't think it would be easy to run a this kind of site without any experiences on subject.

well...the point of the website would be solely to get traffic to it for a future sale.

I don't plan to sit on it for longer than one year.

It has a low reseller value imo about $150 so I think its better to develop it a bit in staid of sticking with the bodis landing page.

Profits so far on bodis (2 days) = $0.75 and I think an end user could pay low xx.xxx for it at this point.

It is however hard to find a real estate agent who wants another domain name as they all have good ones already and thefronds.com is very specific and region bound.

I really have no idea how to start up a real estate affiliate site but i've been thinking about a blog.

Reporting recent sales in the fronds or writing articles about the buyers (which are probably hollywood stars) seems a good alternative at this point.

What do you think?
