I'm not a professional domain name seller.
I have about 10 domain names.
What's the best way of advertising them?
Should I join one of those sites as sedo?... what are the best site to join?

Thank you

you can list them at forums like this for sale in either the auction or fixed price section, if decent quality names I would definitely try sedo and possibly afternic as well. You could also link a few in your signature line for sale to get some publicity as well.

Next to selling directly to end users what sites are the best to sell your names?

Is eBay a real good deal?

Never tried Ebay but I think Sedo is a pretty good choice.
Might as well sign up for an account and try it out, you have nothing to lose

Exactly bid tool on Evertue helps a lot. Alos try find the website working in hte same industry as you domain is and contact them but do it individually for everybody if you have a catchy domain name and some traffic they would love to take

Also try SEDO.com they have a pretty good domain brokers

Selling them directly to the end user or listing the names for sales at Sedo are the best ways in my opinion. However you can also post in the Sell It / Buy It forum with the list of your domain names that you wish to sell. Pricing is always difficult, just try to find the best offer. If a name has potential it will sell instantly at a good price.

I have many names with potential (which, agreed, is subjective) but they haven't sold "instantly."

You don't lose any money if you don't sell the domain with sedo, tdnam and forums. You do lose money if you don't sell with ebay. Since domains tend to take a while to sell, I would say keep away from ebay unless you know that you have a significantly desirable domain.

I say sedo is good for high priced domains ($500+)
tdnam is good for low priced domains (<$500)
and forums for domains that you want to sell quickly.

If you have the time, than finding end users who want your domain through persistance and using escrow.com may be the best.
