Hi I am new to this forum and domaining in general. I recently bought a few misspells of domains that have a fair amount of traffic in an effort to see if I can make money off of people going to the wrong site. No one registered these names. Where is the best place to park or what's the best way to try to make money with these sites?
Thanks Jamie

Well you could develop them into affiliate sites of your typo, but beware, you don't want to be caught by the company who's typo you have!.

Or you could park the domains and just laugh off the revenue, try different parking providers like sedo and parked to see which one's work best for you.

good luck...

What do you mean an affiiate site of your type? How does one do that? Thank for your help. I have them parked now and will see how they do but is there any place to check on traffic for sites that are not yet registered?

Let's just say that you have a typo of Dell computers, and your typo domain is getting some traffic, whether unique or through SE, you can build a site to make it look like it's sell's Dell products, which of course if anyone buys, will give you commission through sales.

You can use affiliates like CJ to see if your typo domain has any affiliate offers.

try Parked.com to park your domains. it's my first parking company i register and i look no further since. but check their TOS if they accept domains with typos on registered trademarks.

In general I don't like misspells. If you develop a website you can not market it with the typo url. Misspells are good only for parking, but parking revenue is not what it used to be anymore. Anyway, try Parked.com, it is a good parking company.

you should avoid mispells of any trademarked name (it's only a matter of time before you get a cease and desist letter from the main company. Mispells of generic domains are ok. You could try parking them at Domainsponsor or parked and see how they do. If they don't cover their fees, then drop them. To develop a mispell can be a waste of time (since it's probably not something you would want to promote) Of course, there are exceptions to any rules. Any one would be happy owning the main typo of Mortgage.com (Morgage.com)
