hey all i registered a domain name nx7.org on Saterday...I keeped watchin to see if it was still available everyday till today when i found someone else registered it....I registered it through Westnet australia i emailed them twice through the week to see how my application was going and now i get sorry domain already taken...GGGGRRRRRRRRR
i sent them a filthy email back...so disapointed
how long do you guys wait for your domains to process?

When I buy mine it's usually instant,
or shortly thereafter unless there is an issue
or it's a unique TLD.

instant man, instant. Unless its a random .cctld the registration should be fast, but there is hope. It could be a taster who lets it drop.

I was gonna make a site with it ...you guys recon it could of been a good investment name also???

Unless it has some meaning I doubt nx7.org would be a particularly good investment. But check your account - the reason it is showing as taken could be that you have it!

Godaddy is usually around $7.20 and Namecheap around $8. (US Dollars) both including coupon codes that you can find here at namepros. If the threads about the coupons are not easy to find, use the search box at the top right of any page and type in: Godaddy coupon .

Even cheaper are Moniker (ask for the Namepros discount, there are some small requirements) and Whiz.in .

$30 is not a good price. I am from Western Australia and only ever buy my domains from US domain companies. I pay closer to $10AU per domain.

Magnizmo - the nx7.org was registered at GoDaddy, and Im not positive about this, but I dont believe any of the tasters use Godaddy to register. If you would like to contact the owner, i recommend visiting

whois.godaddy.com and getting the contact info of the domain owner. If you really want this domain name you can always offer to buy it from them. Almost every domainer loves a quick flip. Also, you may want to consider contacting the owner of the .com - reseller rates value that domain name at around $150-250 US - If youve got the funds, they may sell it to you.

Domains are usually registered instantaniously once you've paid, it shouldn't take 2-3 days?

Paying $30AUD is also way too much! You can usually pick up domains from US$6.99 - $8.99.
