Help! Domain Error

I registered a domain at RF on Mar 29th, but till today I can't manage it (e.g. DNS) and it shows an "Invalid Order Process" error. Worse, the name still shows up as available for registration.

In the last 7 days, I've contacted RF numerous time but this was the standard reply I got everytime:

Hello

Your newly registered domains are registered in the account but registration process for this domains are under process at registry. Please try to make changed with your domain after 24 hours.

When I tried calling them (I live in Asia, so imagine how much the call cost me) but after 20 minutes of waiting was cut off - I never attempted to call them again.

What can I do?

Guess what? Not only did RF's customer service not reply to my problem, I found that I could not log in to my account today.

It seems my account has been put on "restrictive mode" and I have to contact their risk department - imagine, all my 100 domains locked there! Looksmlike the horror story's just started.

On the flip side, an NP forummer works for RF and I've PMed him to help me with my account. Will post an update here.
