Am I the only one who is really frustrated with them? I registered some .asia domains that i didnt know were reserved. So now i have to wait until they decide to process them. I also emailed and asked for a refund, and they said the order didnt process, but when I go to my credit card account it shows the purchases. I emailed them with the order id's and asked for a refund. I am now waiting for them to reply. Anyone else having a similar problem?

The same problem here too. i registered few domains 2 days back and still the domains are not processed and money is already taken from my credit card. they dint even responded to support question till now.

Yep, me too. Mine are still 'ready for submission' status with a tick even though they were submitted before GoLive date .asia

I asked for a refund but no reply yet.

not happy at all.

That's why I didn't register .Asia with them.
