Hello,

Some hour ago I had to update my info because my accound was suspended due to my expired credit card. I haven't been active for some months. When I add my other credit card Ι noticed a charge of $0.15 and one other of $0.48 on my Wise account. Then, I realised that I had written my name wrong and I was charged again but this time the one charge was $0.52 and the other 0.72! I wasn't notified about this and their website clearly states that only cost would be if a backorder is successful. Wise says that "If the merchant doesn't claim this payment by October 14, we will automatically return your money".

What also upset me is the fact that I saw that the one of these charges had been set up as a recurring payment! There is no possibility that I enabled this by mistake; I can only assume it was set automatically, but I do not understand why, as it was never done with my knowledge or consent. Fortunately, I detected the reccuring payment on time and disabled it.

Not only that, but I made a ticket mentioning all this and when I add another reply to the ticket saying that this happened again after editing my info I was blocked! I hope to return my money back as soon as possible. If I want to edit my info again adding a new card how much money would they charge me ? $10??? ...

I can't believe I can't even tag them here because they don't have a NamePros account!

Tjank you, Iused incognito mode, but all the other problems are still there...
For future reference, public VPNs don't really improve your privacy or security in most situations. Because they route your traffic through datacenters, you'll inadvertently get blocked by a lot of services. It's not that they're intentionally blocking you, specifically. It'll happen from time to time if you use a VPN on NamePros, too.

Note that using a VPN does not change what we (NamePros) see, for the most part. It doesn't improve your privacy here, nor will incognito mode.

I'll leave the other matters for people who have more experience with SnapNames.

Thank you for this Paul, It’s just that when I made the post, I was so pissed off that it came across like I meant they manually blocked me right away.
